About... Neridah Boraso has a heart for helping people find meaning, hope and purpose in living. Her gentle, patient and non-judgemental approach allows clients to quickly feel at ease and comfortable as they enter counselling. Neridah has a holistic approach to counselling understanding the important connection between mind, body and spirit in supporting mental and emotional health and wellbeing. Neridah works with individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents focusing on understanding thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Neridah works collaboratively with clients empowering them to make positive changes, resolve issues, increase communication and build on personal and family strengths. Neridah uses a range of evidence based psychological approaches to therapy including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), ACT Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Play Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, to support clients through the counselling process.
